Karle Infra Pvt. Ltd. Adds Yardi Tenant Portal
In March 2016, Karle Infra Pvt. Ltd. announced the adoption of Yardi Voyager® 7S, a cloud-based property management platform, with added solutions for managing assets and inventory. Recently, the Indian real estate developer implemented COMMERCIALCafé™, which gives tenants a portal for submitting maintenance requests and performing other tasks online or from a mobile device.
“COMMERCIALCafé will help us service our tenants in a timely manner. Along with increasing our efficiency by eliminating manual data entry, real-time tracking in Voyager of actions requested through COMMERCIALCafé will help us avoid misunderstanding and ambiguity when communicating with our tenants,” said Dhruva Karle, Director, Karle Infra Pvt. Ltd.
“The same automation and efficiency that gives Karle Infra complete oversight of the leasing cycle will now help them set industry benchmarks for tenant service,” said Jigar Shah, Vice President, Global Solutions for Yardi®.
